So, I was invited for an interview. (When I woke up, I had a smile on my face.)
Finally!
I arrived 15 minutes earlier.
I was full of hope.
The receptionist welcomed me & knew that I was coming. I was offered cappuccino.
I was then escorted to a meeting room.
The room smelled very nice.
The HR Manager attended the meeting along with another Section Manager.
Immediately after greetings, a screen rolled down.
The HR Manager started introducing the company through the company’s website.
He then explained about the company’s mission, vision, partnerships & ongoing projects.

After that, he turned to the job description. My CV was displayed on the large screen just next to the job description.
We discussed how I can satisfy the job description. The Section Manager asked me some technical questions & I gladly answered.
When the meeting was over, I was offered some Patchi chocolates. I was told that I will be informed of the result of the interview within 5 working days.
I felt great.

When I woke up, I had a smile on my face.
What a great dream!
There is nothing like respecting a
job seeker.
There is nothing like a civilized interview.
Why can’t interviews be humanized?
It costs nothing to be professional.
It also costs nothing to be human & kind.
Finally, it costs nothing to reply to anyone interviewed in a timely manner.
